Core Geoscience Services Inc. (CoreGeo) is a 100% Yukon-owned environmental and engineering company, started by 2 Yukon-raised professionals. We have been successfully operating and supporting Yukon and BC communities since 2015. Our corporate culture is rooted in respect, humility, honesty, dedication, and devotion to our staff, all people, and the environment.
We proudly employ 18+ professionals and are growing throughout western Canada. Our headquarters and majority of staff are proudly located in Whitehorse. We have done this purposely to retain Yukon professionals, and to support our local economies and communities. Our team is committed to innovation, education, and best practices in health, safety and the environment, while maintaining a high standard of personal and professional ethics.

Health and Safety
CoreGeo is committed to providing active leadership and complete support in order to develop and maintain a safety program that prevents personal injury and property damage; prepares personnel to care for victims of accidents or sudden illness until professional help is available; ensures the security protection and well-being of personnel and property during any work; prevents physical violence and misconduct, theft and sabotage; and completely endorses active participation and enthusiastic cooperation in health and safety by everyone involved.
At CoreGeo, everyone’s safety is paramount. In 2022, CoreGeo became COR certified verifying that CoreGeo’s Health and Safety procedures meet the national standards in the Yukon. This also ensures the ongoing maintenance of these procedures through audits and continuous training, keeping health and safety at the forefront.
Additionally, CoreGeo has worked diligently and placed the utmost importance to protect Yukoners and Yukon communities from the spread of COVID-19. We have completed the steps ordered by Yukon’s Chief Medical Officer of Health and continue to follow proper procedures.

Eri Boye has 15+ years of experience working in the mining, mineral exploration, environmental consulting, environmental impact assessment, and permitting fields. Eri holds a M.Sc. and is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) with Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC).
Eri’s professional portfolio includes files within the following fields: mining and minerals exploration, mine and infrastructure development, reclamation and closure, contaminated sites (ESA), major mines permitting and licensing. Eri has developed a strong working relationship with B.C. and Yukon’s First Nations.
In Eri’s spare time he enjoys travelling, meeting new people, learning about their cultures, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ethan Allen is an environmental geochemist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, reclamation, and municipal waste industries in Yukon and B.C. Ethan was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, and holds a M.Sc. in Geology from Loma Linda University. Ethan has played key leadership and technical roles on northern mining, reclamation, and resource development projects and is knowledgeable about the Yukon’s legislative, assessment, permitting and regulatory processes, and is keen to apply lessons of mining history to improving mining’s future.
His experience has provided him with valuable lessons working with First Nation, Territorial, and Federal governments. Ethan has been responsible for designing and conducting a variety of environmental field sampling programs, research and innovation, environmental data analysis and technical report writing with an emphasis on mine waste and granular materials geochemistry, geo-environmental modeling, and development of waste and water management strategies. Ethan is passionate about applying his experience and connections within the north to help deliver tailored solutions to complex challenges.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys participating in sports, having adventures in the wilderness, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering to try to make the world better.
