Detailed Site Investigation

The purpose of a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) is to determine the extent and magnitude of contamination identified within a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). The DSI is expected when contaminants of potential concern are identified in concentrations above their applicable standards.
