The objective of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to investigate the Areas of Potential Environmental Concern (APEC) identified in a previously completed Phase I ESA report and determine the presence/absence of contaminants according to the applicable Yukon Contaminated Sites Regulations (CSR).
