Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

The objective of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to assess for evidence of potential and actual environmental contamination on the site under investigation. The assessment includes the collection, evaluation, and reporting of past and present activities on and near the property via a records review, site visit(s) and interviews.

CoreGeo completes all Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in general accordance with Section 8 of the Yukon Contaminated Sites Regulation (CSR) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group) Standard Z768-01 (Reaffirmed 2016), Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA).
